500g chicken, cut into bite-size pieces.

2 medium size, onion.

2 tablespoon, oil.

100g almond

½ cup, plain curd.

1 tablespoon, ginger-garlic paste.

½ teaspoon, red chili powder.

¼ teaspoon, turmeric powder.

1 tablespoon, gram masala powder.

1 cup, coriander leaves.

Salt to taste.


Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown, then take it out in a plate and make fine paste of fried onion. Now add chicken, ginger-garlic paste and salt in this. Sauté for few minutes until the aroma fills the kitchen.

Reduce the heat to low and add the almond powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and gram masala to the pan. Stir well. After few minutes add curd and then heat and stir till the chicken get dried completely. Finally add the onion paste and cook for few minutes.

Remove the pan from heat and garnish the Chicken Korma with fresh coriander leaves.
